Latest job: Optimization of a Canadian VPS Linux server

I have a list of 12 data points to optimize a VPS. These deal with optimizing memory, CPU, TCP connections, PHP settings, Linux filesystem, hard disk parameters and swap, boot sequence, database, etc. The Canadian server hosts 140 websites/accounts and it should be congested but instead it has lightning-speed and performance.
On top of that I recovered ~390GB lost disk space!!
Here’s the feedback I received from a local SysAdmin of a large Austrian Telecommunications company upon checking that Canadian VPS.
