Optimize a WordPress database
The secret to 90+ WP speed.
I make the database lean and fit to respond faster to queries. The positive effects can be seen immediately, the site renders the pages more quickly, and the speed score is higher.
Note that this is only a DB optimization step, one of the nine steps I use to speed up websites. By itself it won’t have a site-wide speed increase but it will definitely reduce the DB response time.
a. Remove the clutter from the database left behind from old plugins.
b.Create indexes and help the database respond faster to queries.
c. Rationalize the autoload list.
d. Clean up the Woocommerce clutter.
e. Reduce calls to the database generated from the website theme.
